Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist?
Both help you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease but they come in at different points in your recovery or health journey.
• Physiotherapists often help you get back on your feet after an injury, flare-up, or surgery. They use hands-on techniques, movement, and rehab to reduce pain and restore function.
• Exercise Physiologists focus more on the long game using exercise to help manage chronic conditions, improve strength and mobility, and support long-term health.
Many people work with both, just at different times, depending on what’s going on for them.

Will I see a Physiotherapist or an Exercise Physiologist?
That depends on where you're at and what you’re working towards.
• If you’re in pain or recovering from something recent, we may start you with a Physio.
• If you’re building strength, managing a condition, or looking to move more freely again, an EP might be the better fit.
Not sure? That’s completely fine, we'll chat through your needs and guide you to the right support.
